Fingerprint Archiving is one of the most sought-after BioScan USA Fingerprinting services and the most commonly used feature of the BioScan USA Fingerprinting Live Scan system. Archiving is must-have fingerprint solution for businesses and individuals that require multiple state licenses or clearance from several states or agencies. Once printed into the archives, an individual will no longer be inconvenienced to obtain multiple sets of ink fingerprints again and again.

To request archived fingerprints in the future, all you will have to do is send us an email or call us on the phone and tell us which files you will need printed out, on how many cards, and how you would like to have them shipped back.

We stock standard FBI (FD-258), FINRA, and NFA cards, but if you require a state specific fingerprint card you can mail those to our office. We will print the fingerprint cards and mail them back to your office the same day the request is received.

Hard cards may not be accepted by the state where the fingerprinted individual holds a primary residence. In these cases, the individual may be required to contact their state’s fingerprint agency to obtain live scan if their state has an exclusive fingerprint contract.

Who Benefits from Fingerprint Archiving?

$15 for each card when needed. We can mail the cards to the customer as well. Shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our service includes up to 2 fingerprint cards in our price. You will receive 2 full sets of fingerprints.

  • Yes, you can bring in your own cards for our technicians to roll fingerprints on. We also keep FBI FD-258 cards in stock at all times. This card is the U.S. standard and is accepted by most agencies.

  • Yes and No. We can capture your fingerprints via live scan and print out hard cards. Unfortunately, the state of California doesn’t allow live scan electronic submission outside of the state. You will have to follow California’s out-of-state guidelines for mailing in your fingerprint cards.

  • We accept walk-in appointments at any of our locations.

  • We accept credit, debit, cash, and online payment for most of our appointments.
